My Role: Freelance Visual Designer
Project Objective: To present key information in a manner that is quickly understood, engaging and polished
Target Audience: Project managers, IT decision-makers in large enterprises and government agencies using PPM technology.
Visual Tone: Progressive, balanced, and confident—reflecting its role as a hub of innovation and government authority. The graphics convey stability and forward momentum, while illustrations emphasize a sense of teamwork and access to outdoor adventure.
Outcome: The presentation transformed complex PPM content into a clear, confident narrative that supported fast comprehension and effective communication for enterprise and government decision-makers. Visual content and structure reinforced a sense of stability, innovation, and forward momentum.
Use of AI: Adobe Firefly and Gamma AI were used to create illustrations. Prompts included a sample to model the illustration style, a color palette emphasizing green and various shades of blue, and descriptions of outdoor adventure activities. Iconography was pulled from Font Awesome and customized for consistency.
Gamma AI assisted with organizing the flow of content.
Chat GPT helped refine and simplify lengthy text content.
