My Role: Presentation Designer - supporting 15 project managers
Project Objective: Align engineering teams by providing clear visual context for complex project requests, workflows, trends, resource needs, and leadership decision-making.
Target Audience: Cisco internal engineering teams and senior leadership
Visual Tone: Anchored in a versatile blue palette, complemented by white, gray, and occasional bold accent colors. Generous white space enhances clarity and accessibility, creating a clean, open aesthetic. Rounded, open typography and iconography ensure information is communicated clearly, concisely, and with a friendly, approachable tone.
Outcomes: According to the Program Manager, the visual content significantly improved alignment across engineering teams and stakeholders, helping accelerate execution and decision-making. The executive pitch (not shown due to confidentiality) was approved, enabling additional resources for the program. My client attributed his ability to align teams and secure senior leadership support to the clarity of the visual storytelling. The program went on to deliver measurable results, including new automation capabilities, reduced operational case volume, and a reduction in key cycle times from 15 days to a few hours.
